  • You are told 'epoxy' but the quote describes a single thin coat with no topcoat. That is closer to paint.

  • Is this a base coat plus topcoat system, and what is each layer?
  • How is the slab being profiled?
  • Will moisture be tested, and what is the plan if the reading is high?
  • What does the warranty actually cover — the material, the labour, or both?
