Take it outside before you brush
Brushing indoors releases spores into the room. Work in shade with the piece on a drop cloth.
Diluted white vinegar, then conditioner
One part vinegar to one part water on a cloth kills surface growth. Follow with cleaner and conditioner to restore pH and oils.
Fix the humidity or it returns in weeks
Hold indoor RH under 55%. Mold on leather is a symptom, not the disease.

- Vacuum thoroughly including under and behind
- Check for loose hardware or joints
- Deep clean using material-appropriate cleaner
- Rotate cushions or accessories to even wear

- Full inspection, tighten fasteners, refresh protection
